Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During sales, new releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS for most domestic orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Delivery Time Standard Shipping:

3–7 business days after processing.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we grow!

Order Issues & Lost Packages

Sweet Stitch Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS first.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sweetstitchboutiquellc@gmail.com.
