We hope you love every item you receive from Sweet Stitch Boutique! As a small, mother-daughter-owned business, we take great pride in offering carefully selected, high-quality children’s clothing, accessories, books, and toys. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our small business and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please double-check size guides and product descriptions before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly at sweetstitchboutiquellc@gmail.com.
After this window, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit:
Email us at sweetstitchboutiquellc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
